Ade Parkes earned a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Wesley College and a Masters degree in Human Movement (Sports Performance Conditioning). Coach Ade has been a Performance Coach at SMARTER Team Training since April 2019. Ade has over 15 years of experience as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach. In addition, Coach has over 15 years of soccer coaching experience. Ade has worked with athletes and teams at the youth, collegiate, professional and Olympic/Paralympic level. Ade, born and raised in Wolverhampton, England, played soccer at the youth level for many high profile soccer programs such as Wolverhampton Wanderers and Birmingham City as well as at Wesley College.
